Shipping Policies

• Standard shipping is UPS ground or LTL Freight. Approximately 3-8 business days for delivery.
• Shipping is available to all 50 United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. 
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur an additional $20 shipping fee to any published rate.
• Free shipping promotions are inclusive of the 48 contiguous United States only.  
• Some items cannot be shipped to a PO or APO/FPO address.  We reserve the right to request a confirmed physical address for high value and freight shipments.
• The shipment tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. Or you may log into your account for shipment status.
• We do not provide combined shipment discounts. We ship most items individually and cannot provide a decreased shipping amount.
• All domestic orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received. 
• Shipments to Canada:  All shipments to Canada are aggregated and processed on Tuesday of each week.  Please estimate the shipping time to your location starting on Tuesday.  Air shipments and P.O. Box deliveries are not available.  In addition, we are the importer of record for the Customs clearance, so we will collect an 11% fee on the sales price to cover all brokerage, GST, and duty fees.  All shipping charges and import taxes are for door-to-door delivery.  The buyer will not incur any additional import fees upon delivery!

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Mechanicsburg, Pennslyvania warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout  the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
