Shipping Policies

• Standard shipping is FedEx Ground or LTL Freight. Please allow approximately 3-8 business days for delivery.
• Shipping is available to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. 
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur an additional $20 shipping fee to any published rate.
• Free shipping promotions are inclusive of the 48 contiguous United States only.  
• Some items cannot be shipped to a PO or APO/FPO address.  We reserve the right to request a confirmed physical address for high value and freight shipments.
• The shipment tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail, or you may log into your account for shipment status.
• We do not provide combined shipment discounts.
• All domestic orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout  the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
